Group Programs
This program is designed to meet participants needs, interests and abilities. This service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We provide transport service for pick up and drop off for this program. We charge for transport depending on a distance and in most cases this support is approved in their NDIS plans.
We also charge activity fee which also depends on an activity but charges can be provided in advance. They are not covered by NDIS.
All of these provided with our assistance or guidance so we could help you achieve your goals.
Flexible Options
We will provide you a staff of your choice to make bookings for casual or regular booking. We can provide one on one support to you at your convenience and need.
We endeavor to meet your needs at whatever level of support your require, and help you with the activities you want to do. Where possible we will meet your request to work with specific team members. We accommodate casual or regular bookings.
We are available for 24/7 care with appropriate notice, and we charge NDIS rates.
Respite Care
Respite allows both you and a person you care for to take a break. We provide centre- based respite in home environment. We provide care over the weekends, overnights, emergency and planned respite. The cost of the respite depends on the length of the time and type of care. Please contact to find out how we can help you.
While on respite, our participants also have a choice to joining in on our day option program whether going out on an activity or staying back at the venue.
Support Coordination
We help you to make the best use of your support in plan by:
- Reviewing the structure of an NDIS plan
- Supporting people to prepare for plan review
- Identifying appropriate supports for different goals for the participants
- Working with LACs and NDIS Planners
- Interpreting reasonable & necessary
- Understanding why Support Coordination is funded in plans
- Understanding the rights-based context of the NDIS and the ways CoS support people to access their rights
Transport Services
We have comfortable vehicles for these services. If you live around one of our pickup locations, then we can pick you up and drop you off from on home. This convenience of providing transport also ensures that our participants are safe and can easily access any activities preferred while on the day programs.
