I’m Jag, the founder of Pathfinders Support Services Pty Ltd, and I have a deep understanding of care and compassion. I have grown up in an environment where I have seen people around us looking after elderly and intellectually disabled people with dignity and respect as a part of our culture. Being of compassionate service is central to who I am, and I bring these beliefs to our services by integrating them into our programs. This includes Managing actual and potential aggression (MAPA), maintaining a safe children environment, applying first aid and CPR, key word sign and medication management.
I have worked with people with intellectual disability for 15 years specialising in challenging behaviours and working with non-verbal high need clients, to provide client-centred activities and choices. I completed my Diploma of Community Welfare Work in 2008 and I have been working in Disability services in the northern suburbs of Adelaide for ten years. I’m your main client support services contact in Pathfinders Support Services Pty. Ltd.
I am Upasana, a qualified administrator and currently working as an Assistant Manager. I have recently gained certification in the Support Coordination role at Pathfinders Support Services Pty Ltd. I have extensive experience in managing administration tasks in a busy environment.
